Am I already deligated?

If your domain already works on the internet then it definately is deligated.

To see who you are currently deligated to as a hosting provider please use our WHOIS service on the home page at http://www.dshost.com.au/whois.php

Look at the section that says Primary and Secondary DNS that is the part to do with deligation.
