Firstly you need to know your domain key or password that your previous domain name provider issued you with.

If you have a .com.au and have lost your domain key you will need to use the following website http://www.ausregistry.com.au/ to recover your lost domain key.

For .com domains you will need to get this information from your current domain provider.

You will then need to have a hosting account either newly created or already established with ourselves where you have specified that you requested to transfer your domain name to Direct Support.

When your transfer is complete you will be sent an email alerting you to the change being completed.
